TESTIMONIALS
“It was Natalie’s passion and love for making beautiful and useful things that’s been one of my deepest inspirations for being a maker myself. Her desire to deeply honor the lineages of her craft and music comes through in every aspect of what she does. To learn from her is not only to learn how to bring more beauty to the world but to learn how to honor it more deeply.” - Jessenia Eisenman
“Natalie is an immensely gifted craftsperson, musician, storyteller, and teacher. I have had the pleasure of being guided in song and craft by Natalie and have found her to be an incredible teacher that is able to ground her students in the deeper story and meaning of what she teaches. Her deep knowledge, decades of experience, her unwavering commitment to her craft and to passing on the traditional crafts she teaches in an ethical, honoring and beautiful way, makes her a teacher I want to continuously learn from. There is a soulfulness to her work that is deeply nourishing and transformative for her students. I am so grateful to Natalie for all she has done to create this offering, and I highly recommend her course for anyone wishing to deepen their creativity, skills and relationship to the beauty of making.”- Marysia Miernowska
“Natalie is not just a fine craftsperson and musician, she is also a story-holder; a careful and sensitive tender of the container in which the crafts, the music, and the stories come together. When choosing to learn from Natalie, one chooses to dive deep and feel, in your cells and in your bones, the deeper connections that exist between the past and the present, between your own lineage and the craft you choose to bring to life.” - Janice Setzer
“Natalie blends mastery, devotion, and a deeply soulful approach with rigor, humility, and playfulness. She is a mentor I seek out again and again, and I come away inspired by the vast breadth of what I learn, how the crafts enter into my body and reshape my connection to the world, to my community, to the way I approach my life. My gratitude for Natalie, for her gifts and teaching, is boundless.” - Sarah Rebstock
“I have had the great joy of working with Natalie as a colleague and teacher over the years, and come away from classes and teachings with a renewed inspiration for the beauty we can create with our hands and in the world. Natalie's great skill, attention to detail and profound magic that she shares with her students is inspirational and very rare.” - Sasha Rabin
